Location is good, right between Aksaray metro station and Grand Bazaar and Sultanahmet along the Tram line. And a lot of shopping all around in the neighborhood. The hotel is very nice and clean. Modern style. The staff is very professional and helpful, at the breakfast, and cleaning etc, and reception especially Cumali he was asked frequently by us. Our room on the 4th floor and the bathroom with shower were both nice and fresh. Air conditioning was a must have since the outdoor temperature the day of arrival was exceeding 36 degrees C. The room was located towards the Sea of Marmara. From the restaurant we had an even better overview of the almost hundred ships waiting outside Istanbul. The breakfast buffet is huge, and you will find it very fresh. Take your time to enjoy. Coffee at breakfast was superb. We were recommended to stay at Piya by a Swedish-Turkish contact, and we don't regret it. From airport IST bus #12

The hotel is great, everything worked perfectly while we were there, every single day the beds were made, the garbage was collected, new bottles of water were left and in case we needed anything the staff was ready to help. The room was suprr clean and the space was just enough for a family of four, with a nice size bathroom and comfortable beds. Cumali and his colleagues were very professionals and super efficient. It was very hot in Istanbul during our visit, so the outside pool was a great place to be, would have been better if it was open from the morning until the evening, but we could enjoy it anyways. The location was also excellent, surrounded by restaurants, mini markets, walking distance to a lot of attractions, and next to the tram line. We really enjoyed and highly recommend it.

From the beginning of the reservation - very good contact with the hotel, whose employees answer questions very quickly. Upon arrival, accommodation was very quick and efficient, with full information on how and what works. The room and bathroom were very clean. Daily cleaning. The service was very nice and helpful. Breakfasts were very diverse and tasty. Everyone will find something for himself. The service during breakfast was fantastic. The swimming pools (one on the roof, the other inside) were very clean and well-kept. Sauna, gym, relaxation zone - all very positive. Overall, the hotel was great, the service was great. A very enjoyable stay.

Great hotel, very clean, cleaned every day, right in the centre of the city, close to everywhere, food very tasty and varied, I will definitely go back there, greeting all the staff xx

Fantastic Turkish buffet breakfast with many (healthy) choices, also for vegans. It took a lot of convincing to get a Turkish coffee, but eventually I got one - which was fantastic. I used the pool in the basement which was ok. Pool hours very limited - like everywhere in Istanbul, it seems. Some staff members were especially kind and helpful.

Location is excellent, most of main attractions are just a stroll away. Room was cosy and comfortable, clean, bright and just enough space. Breakfast had a lot of variety of food but maybe not for European taste, but still delicious. Staff was very friendly, nice and helpful. They even let us stay in the room a little bit longer on our check out as we had late afternoon flight.

It was another comfortable stay in this hotel. I think the 4th one. I am happy to see some improvements. The breakfast buffet is very reach, very tasty. A big choice of food and beverages. Extremely nice staff. Special thanks to Cumali and Mehment and the bell boy for their support. Also the arrangement of the airport transfers went smoothly via Whatsapp. Great communication. I will come back.

The reception staff was very friendly and helpful especially Yeliz who worked the afternoon/ night shift. She provided a free upgrade to a family room as the original room was a bit small for three people and we had a lot of luggages. The upgraded room is spacious and has a great view of the Sea of Mamara. The location is close to most tourist sites in Sultanahmet and you can use public transport by tram or by metro. Although the taxi did not get to the hotel due to the main road was blocked due to road works but I think it is a temporarily issue.

Very friendly staff and excellent location. The breakfast was very good and two of us wanted to have dinner in their restaurant one evening. We were the only two customers and they were amazing. They opened the kitchen and cooked for us an excellent meal.

Everything was top-notched,from the breakfast to the amazing view of the pool & the whole city from the upper terrace. Our triple room was so big,with 1 double bed & 2 singles.Thanks to the managing team for making best price for late check-out. I thank you for this lovely stay & hospitality.
